    Report Template entity is used to manage the Microsoft RDLC format type report created using Microsoft Visual Studio or RDLC report generator. Users can use this entity to create, edit and delete the report template and configure the setting of the report template e.g., report name, RDLC report file name, report output format and dataset mapping to the RDLC report value. This entity works together with the Report Schedule entity. User can schedule the start date, end date and interval for AHI automatic generate the report. Below table shows the description of Report Template configurable items.

    Parameters Description
    Name Set a name for the report template
    Tag Tag is for categorizing entities in the system. User clicks on “Add Tag” to add new tags as structure <Key> : <Value> or apply available tags for the entity.
    File Name

    It’s RDLC format report name. User clicks on this field or the right icon to browse for the RDLC format file and upload it to AHI .

    Output Format
    AHI can convert the RDLC report to other commonly use report formats, including Excel (.xlsx), PDF (.pdf), Word (.docx)
    Storage

    AHI stores report files generated on the AHS Storage

    Dataset

    Dataset allow user to manage data mapping from Asset Management module into RDLC report.


    List of Report Templates - User Actions
    New Button to add new templates to the list
    Delete Button to delete selected templates from the list
    Search box User types content to search from the current list (client search)
    Filter Filter template by specific conditions of Name, Output Type, Tag, or Last Modified
    Tag icon Click on this icon, then enter the tag needed to search
    Refresh Refresh the template list
    Template list User is able to view each template through Name, Output Type, Tag, and Last Modified as corresponding columns
    Eye icon Click on this icon from the Action column to view the RDLC report directly. The preview screen supports selecting the time range, zooming, printing, or downloading as needed
    Settings Click on the Settings item dropped from the 3-dots icon to show/hide columns, arrange column order, Enable/Disable column sorting
    Pagination Pagination for the template list
